Stéphane Vedeau's glorious Côte Rotie "Bonnevaux" is 100% Syrah from 70+ year old vines from some of the finest sites in the Northern Rhône. Fermented using indigenous yeasts and aged for 18 months in old 300L barrels. Practicing organic, unfined and unfiltered.
